     Dr. Millay is a specialist in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics for children and adults.  He began his training in dentistry at the University of Kentucky.  He earned his dental degree in 2002.  After a 1 year residency in general practice dentistry at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center, Dr. Millay was accepted into the University of Kentucky Orthodontic Graduate Program.  There he earned a Master of Science degree and Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics in 2006. 
     Dr. Millay continues to pursue excellence in his profession by exceeding the required continuing education requirements and learning from the leading experts in his profession.  Dr. Millay maintains active membership in the American Association of Orthodontists, Kentucky Association of Orthodontists,  American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, Western Kentucky Orthodontic Study Group, and West Central Dental Society.  Dr. Millay serves as the secretary/treasurer of the West Central Dental Society and Western Kentucky Orthodontic Study Group. 
     Dr. Millay is a native of Central City, KY, a 1994 graduate of Muhlenberg North High School, and a 1998 graduate of Murray State University.  He currently resides in Christian County, KY.  Dr. Millay is honored to provide orthodontic care to the people of western Kentucky.
