Phyllis BarberScheduling and records coordinatorPhyllis has been a smiling face at Millay Orthodontics for many years. She has been married to her husband Charley for 46 years. They have two children, Eli and Ashley, and one precious grandson, Miles. Phyllis enjoys spending time with her family and her church, and she enjoys taking long walks. She is also a U.K. basketball fan! Phyllis has worked in orthodontics for many years and still loves being a part of the joy that is brought to our patients when they finish their treatment with a beautiful smile!
Shelby Darrorthodontic assistantShelby has been part of the Millay Orthodontics family a little over 6 years. She is a proud Webster County girl, but she has made Madisonville her home for the time being. Her favorite part of working at Millay Orthodontics is getting to watch the smiles and confidence transform throughout each patient's treatment! When she is not working, she pours herself into serving in ministry and enjoys spending time with the people she loves the most!

Desiree Lykinsscheduling coordinatorDesiree joined the Millay Orthodontics Team in 2025. She moved from Illinois to Greenville, KY in 2010. She has been married for 21 years, and she and her husband have two children, Presley and Kaedan. When not working, Desiree enjoys being outside, spending time with family, and reading.
Hailee pendleyorthodontic assistantHailee joined the Smile Team at Millay Orthodontics in 2025 with her positive, honest, and caring attitude! She loves working and meeting new people. Hailee is a strong and dedicated worker, eager to learn more each day. She enjoys helping people feel more confident about their smiles. When not at work, she can be found enjoying the outdoors, riding horses, and spending time with her family.
ginger ranesclinic coordinator and lab technicianGinger has proudly served in orthodontics for 30 years. She is married and has two children who are the highlights of her life. She enjoys attending church with family and being a part of all of her kids' activities. She and her family love traveling every chance they get!
laci jo rayorthodontic assistantLaci Jo joined the Millay Orthodontics Smile Team in 2025 with the intention of seeing patients' confidence grow and to watch their smiles transform. Outside of work, she enjoys going on adventures and trying new things. Laci loves attending church with her family and friends every chance she gets.
amy shaintreatment coordinatorAmy has been with the Millay Orthodontics family for 12 years. In addition to treatment coordinator, she is the person to go to with all of your insurance and billing questions. She is married to her husband Daniel for 27 years, and they have two teenage sons, Oak and Duke. She enjoys the outdoors with her family, playing disc golf, and a good game of cards.

sarah snyderorthodontic assistantSarah joins our staff with her bubbly personality and honest, caring heart. She has a sweet spot for our patients and loves working in the public. She likes to meet new people and help those around her. She enjoys making others laugh, and she is a very hard worker. She loves her job and is eager to keep gaining experience. She says she "loves changing people's appearance and making them feel more confident about their smile." Sarah is from Morganfield, KY and is currently raising her son, Elijah. When Sarah is not at work, she loves attending church, relaxing, and spending quality time with the people she loves.
